       YES! YES! YES! thats my hand on Diego's head. i asked him to come in, so i could get crazy with his hair. I used to do hand prints back in my upstate NY days, along with stars and crop circles. Totally easy to do.... lift hair several levels with hair bleaching solution. Then add desired color.

         I used Schwartzkopf IGORA color *7-887, and VARIO bleaching powder with 30 volume developer.

*medium blond - RED red/copper

I am so into bangs right now. Especially thick full bangs that frame the face. When cutting bangs on someone with shoulder length hair, from bang to hair line, it's best to leave it choppy. For a more youthful look... and depending on the face, point-cut to soften bold facial features.

     Always a pleasure working with this fine example of an ambitious, 'living the dream' teenager. She lets me have full control of the look that i see fits. I chose to work with Alexandra' natural parting and do a Tim Burton-esk-Nightmare Before Christmas look....  very sculptural. A can of finishing extra hold hair spray, some teasing, and a few bobby pins.

This "GURL" has a lot of hair, and it's all her own. I pin curled her hair with Jon Fraya's flexible hold hair spray.... thats it. Ran my figures through some of the pieces to create fullness where it was needed. She's a dear friend and local business owner, whom i love and respect.
